Your journey begins with a calming ritual. On arrival, you’ll be invited to intuitively choose one of Sorcha’s three signature aromatherapy synergies—each crafted to support clarity, calm, or deep de-stressing. The scent you’re most drawn to that day becomes your anchor for the session, helping root you in the present moment and enhancing your receptivity to sound.

Once selected, the blend is gently massage onto your temples and neck, enveloping you in a cocoon of scent to signal the body it’s time to soften. A grounding head massage follows, easing tension and welcoming you into a state of stillness.

Then, nestled in soft blankets and bolsters, you’ll be guided into deep rest as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments create an immersive soundscape around you.
