In this spring-themed workshop, you’ll be guided to create your own bespoke aromatherapy room mist designed to bring lightness, clarity, and a sense of fresh possibility into your home.
Using a thoughtfully curated selection of essential oils, you’ll explore blends inspired summer— think soft florals, fresh greens, gentle citrus notes, and grounding botanicals that support balance and growth. Whether you’re craving renewal, calm, motivation, or a sense of seasonal alignment, you’ll be supported in crafting a scent that reflects what you wish to invite into this next chapter.

Scent Exploration:
Learn how scent influences mood, energy, and emotional balance. Sample spring-inspired essential oils and discover how to blend notes that feel fresh, uplifting, and grounding.
Mindful Making:
Create your own custom aromatherapy room mist using high-quality essential oils and natural ingredients — a ritual spray to support your space as it shifts into spring.
Seasonal Reflection : A gentle moment to mark the equinox, set intentions, and enjoy stillness with a warm cup of tea in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
And of course, there will be tea and sweet treats to enjoy as we create together.
You’ll leave with a handcrafted spring equinox mist — perfect for refreshing your home, your workspace, or your daily rituals as the lighter months unfold.

Cancelation Policy: If you can’t make it, please provide at least one week’s notice so I have time to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. If I’m unable to fill your place within that time, I won’t be able to offer a refund—but I’m happy to transfer your booking to a future workshop. You’re also welcome to send someone in your place; just let me know their name ahead of time.
